No, I didn't switch areas haha, we're just spending zone pday at the beach!!! This week has been a blur of amazing moments, lots of laughs, and encounters with my Savior.

~ Went to the mall again - this time in centro! I'm gonna miss Talca so much when I leave here - our area is super bougie with malls and Liders and a bunch of American restaurants
~ Got new sunglasses

~ INTERCAMBIOSSSS today!! I was with Hna Figueroa (I love her so much )
) ~ It was a long day I'm not gonna lie 
It was fun but alllll of our lessons fell through and we were just walking in the sun all day. We got rejected a lot too. But we were able to find a couple people and we had some really good conversations too! Hna Figueroa always inspires me with her faith. She's amazing!

~ All of our lessons fell through again Today was a lot better finding-wise though, we found 4 super cool people!
Today was a lot better finding-wise though, we found 4 super cool people! ~ It was SOOOOOO nice out today. It was like 75 degrees outside! God was blessing us with less heat since we had to walk all day again haha 
~ Hna Bryner and I were ZONKED by the time we got home haha. We made cheese quesadillas and went to bed early 
Jueves ~ OHHHHHH WE’RE HALFWAY THERE 
~ Hermana Bryner hit her halfway point in the mission today!!!
~ Hna Bryner had a doctor's appointment this morning and we were waiting for literally time and all eternity lol. Stay tuned for part 2 next week with the follow-up appointment! 
~ Talked to everyone today! I love contacting in public haha
~ One of my favorite parts of the mission is getting to see the light in people's eyes when they find the truth. It is always holy ground when one of our friends is having a spiritual experience and is feeling for the first time in their life that this church truly is the Church of Jesus Christ. There's nothing like it!

~ CONFERENCIA DE ZONAAAA!!!
Genuinely the most fun day ever. Conference was sooooo good and it was so fun seeing all the other missionaries!! Here's what went down:
- Zone conference is in Curico and our entire zone and the Talca zone accidentally showed up an hour and a half early We spent the time setting up tables and cleaning the church. Whoopsies
We spent the time setting up tables and cleaning the church. Whoopsies - I got to do an introduction to the mission!!! You HAVE to look at the video in my Google photos. It's lowkey iconic. They made a GIF out of it and people are sending it into the zone chat whenever someone puts a Fecha 
- I got to share my experience with the restored gospel as a part of the Capa Hermanas presentation!
- Hermana Crump included a portion of my weekly letter to president in her talk. It was really tender. The Spirit was so incredibly strong. I had a moment in there where I just felt so deeply that I am being who Heavenly Father needs me to be in this mission.
- President gave me REESESSSSSS since my birthday is coming up before our next conferencia! 
~ After conference, our barrio had a valentines day party!!! It was so fun. Lots of dancing and games and laughter. I learned some new Chilean dance moves too
Sábado - Bathroom doorknob pt 2 ???
~ Almuerzo today was so fun! We were with a newly wed JAS couple and it is sooooo nice to have a meal with people my age I love La Florida but everyone here are abuelitas and it's nice to have a change every once and a while

~ The sacrament today was so tenderly personal to me. A friend of mine recently sent me a picture of Jesus Christ, holding out the sacrament tray for a soul who is weary and in need of comfort and revival. This is who Jesus was to me today. Moments like these are so precious.
~ I absolutely CRASHED after lunch today. I hadn't been feeling great all weekend, but all the sudden I just started feeling super weak and nauseous, with a killer headache too. We tried to keep working but it was just so hot outside it only made it worse, and Hermana Crump told me that I should go home to rest. And boy, did I rest. We came home at 5pm and I didn't wake up until 8:30. Luckily we were still able to get some calls in at the end of the night and had some pretty successful lessons!

These past few weeks, remembering how much I love my Savior has changed everything for me. Everything I did, I did it because I love Jesus Christ. I love this Gospel. I love this church. I love Joseph Smith and the doctrine and the plan of salvation. I love what we teach, and that helps me to absolutely LOVE what we do. Even if that's walking miles in the heat of the summer or washing my blisters off at the end of the day. It's just so joyful and so worth it when we center everything on Jesus. And that's not just for the mission - it's for our whole life! It's for YOU! Think about who Jesus is to you. Let your love and gratitude for Him be the driving factor behind everything you do, let it take priority in your heart above any & everything else.
